I'll be curious to see if the Rams bring Marquise Copeland up from our practice squad or choose to raid another team's practice squad soon.

I'd bring up the other Brown, myself. I just hope that SJD can come back; you simply don't replace a guy like that easily.

Well, ... we haven't been able to study either Earnest Brown IV or Marquise Copeland during practice, Copeland is the larger player and has more experience. Brown has the height advantage, but he's also our only draft pick this year to not see any playing time.

This has been OldNotDead's opinion since the off-season. He's stated it many times.

Very few ROD posters have been in agreement.

By-the-Way, OldNotDead also thinks poorly of Rob Havenstein; and, again, very few agree.
Oh it's been longer than that. He's been dogging SJD since his 2nd season. "He's not going to make the roster he's not good enough" has now turned into "he's only here for a comp pick he's not good enough" as a cheap and shitty way of saving face and being "right" after years of doubling down on a bad take.

He did the same with Brockers and Hav.

So a Ram is injured and your response is to trash him and repeat your tired ass bad takes. Way to be fucking asshole
Shovelpass, let me start by saying just how much I look forward to your snap count posts.
They are greatly appreciated. :beer2: Certain members posts I look forward to because they usually
contain useful or funny content, or both. Yours is certainly one of those.

One of the most useful tools I have found is my scroll feature.
Some posts are simply worth ignoring and some posters are absolutely worth ignoring
Just makes for a much better ROD experience when you know where to avoid .
the constant bitch and moan sessions. Thank God they are few and far between of
what usually occurs at ROD.

Jonah Williams was released a few days ago.

Picked-up by Minnesota but then waived after failing a physical.
Wow - thanks.
Didn’t see him play last week so interesting to hear that.Wonder if he was when he got injured or why he couldn’t pass his physical.

When the Rams drafted Bobby Brown they sent a clear message that SJD will be gone next year. Gaines has outplayed SJD on fewer reps last year and again this year. SJD makes too many tackles on the wrong side of the LOS. SJD's best contribution will be a possible comp pick. I'm sure Staley will grab him, if not the Chargers, some team will.

Three teams tried to grab Jonah Williams but he has a hernia which affected his play and led to his being released. I'm sure teams will be equally interested in SJD. Regardless I think the Rams will be fine with Gaines and Brown as I think Robinson will also be released.
I must have missed that “clear message” memo. Did it include the plan for cutting Hav and TLewis this year as well?

I'm in the Gaines is better camp. SJD washed out far too often. Gaines creates havoc on an O line and shuts down running lanes far more effectively. Tackles aren't the only tell. If you are blocked down field making a tackle 6 yards down field isn't such a wonderful thing for an NT. Gaines is far better at pass rush and demanding double teams. That's my two cents.

I want to see what Michael Hoecht has to offer
Just Curious why Hoecht didn’t make an impact at all against Houston especially with J. Williams gone from the roster & SJD69 out.

My take is how important Troy Reeder is to The Rams, and also the experience & trust in Ernest Brown.
I think A’ Robinson have the play in tight more. What will AD99 look like with all this speed on the edge.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I think that ROD is a great place and I try to add to that like many others here.

Yeah I don't like using it but the "ignore" button has been getting a workout this year. Here's where I get on my high horse, I find it a little frustrating and annoying that I have to block a fellow Ram fan because they continuously trash players and coaches.
