I thought it was interesting where he put Brady, which seems about right. The fact that they won it all seems to signal to a lot of brady fans that he’s still one of the best and Simms clearly thinks he was one good piece on a team that was loaded but that he’s showing his age. I personally would love it if his arm gave out like Brees but it looks like he just won’t go away.

No, not true. At about the 1:10 mark in the video Simms says a ton of complimentary things about JG. Mentions that he's tough, battle tested, calm, unflappable, and a consummate professional. Also says specifically that he has "nothing personal" against Goff, and that criticizing players is "the hardest part of his job."
Simms obviously watches a ton of film, he was able to speak in detail about Goff's performances vs. Wash, Dal, Phil, Buffalo, Mia... literally every single game JG played this year.
One can agree or disagree with Simms' assessment of JG's football skills, but I do not believe it is in any way "personal."

I just rewatched Kurt Warner's breakdown of Matthew Stafford again (QB Confidential) and I couldn't be more excited about the potential that I see in this guy. I think a lot of nay-sayers haven't really watched him play to realize how special of a talent he is. I know that Warner is in love with this pick up by the Rams, and he is spot on. I will be extremely disappointed if we don't win the Super Bowl this year, because we have everything to do it. No excuses.

I'm not a big Goff fan, but even I don't think he should be ranked #31. I mean, guys that have never taken an NFL snap and guys that will be benched in a few games are better than a guy that's been to a couple pro bowls and won playoff games?
