"Do you think Davis deserves a shot?"

I personally believe that Davis is unable to do so because, uh, some, uh, teams out there in the nation don't have backups and, uh, I believe that backups like such as in South Africa and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and, I believe that they should, our backups over here in the St Louis should help the St. Louis, uh, or, uh, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our QBs.

Pretty girl but I think I saw her picture in the dictionary under box of rocks.

I strongly feel we should not give Davis a shot. This team has had to go through tremendous adversity between young players having to adjust to the pro game and Sam going down. Why the heck would we ant to throw more adversity by throwing a crappy YOUNG QB in the mix? Clemens is a vet, knows the offense, and the young guys are just starting to find their stride under him. Why the heck would we jeopardize that? Forget Davis!

Clemens looked pretty good today, so I'd say not time to try him quite yet. Crappy?? Where does crappy come from?? Think YOU could do better? They are all professionals and who is to say that Davis wouldn't out perform Clemens if he were put into that position. Hard to stick someone with "Crappy" when they haven't even had the chance to play in a real game... According to stats and what most saw, Davis out performed Clemens in the pre-season only to be cut for the more comfortable Schotty's veteran. If something happened to Clemens in the next game (hope it doesn't) we will all be pulling for Davis to be the next big thing.

How in the heck did this topic get steered toward the wrong Davis?:woot:

Not so sure about Cody taking over while they still have a pulse and Stewart is healthy.

FWIW I dug this thread up as a tongue in cheek thingy, more an affirmation that KC is our best hope, the season is far from over etc. so peeps sorta made it what it should be a place to take my lead and be facetious.
