I was hoping to not hear anything about the interviewing or hiring of any coaches on the offensive side of the ball until an OC was officially hired. If Fish is going to hire the OC's assistants, we can expect the same results we have been getting. If the OC doesn't have the authority to hire his own people, how can you hold him responsible for the results?
