I didn't see the episode, what is supposed to be in the wheelbarrow?
 
Stranger, they are so big in that episode, Randy and the guys used them as transportation (remember the "Hippity Hop" balls with the handles kids bounce on?).
 
Yea, they were trying to get testicular cancer so they could all get medical marijuana. They were putting their balls in the microwave.... they all swelled up and then they were bouncing around town on them.... f'ing hilarious. I bet Fisher is bouncing around on his today out at Rams park!

To be specific, the episode is the 3rd episode of Season 14: "Medicinal Fried Chicken" (the other plot of the episode is that KFC has been banned from Colorado and Cartman treats KFC gravy like a drug)

And who knew the Colonel was such a vicious ring leader? But after the shock of losing a KFC, Randy's plot to get legal pot takes over the show really. Gotta hand it to Randy. He's nothing if not extreme.
 
Went to comic con here in SA this year and saw some guy with this costume( minus the Fisher mask). Effing hilarious!!!
