If he's only healthy enough to be a decoy then we definitely sit him. We don't need to make Adam's a sitting duck.Maybe in the red zone as a decoy.
EXACTLY!

Once again, MS9 missed a wide open Ferg, who would have easily scored.Tutu having a big game in Adam's absence would be huge.
Plus run a lot of the 13 offense.
Maybe Ferguson will finally have a breakout game as he has been close and has been doing a great job blocking.
I think they knew that ship sailed when they blew the game against the Panthers.... They lost their room for error and have to win out for the #1 seed.I think like McVay said in the post game locker room speech, "we didn't mention it all week (clinching a playoff bid)", they will handle this game the same way. Nobody in that locker room will say, "win this game and you'll be the division winner and #1 seed". But the truth is, win and it's practically a done deal on both counts.
Oh crap!Keys to winning this game is stop the run and put pressure on Donald.
Stafford might get a little hyped when he's throwing at his new weapon that we got specifically for him.Once again, MS9 missed a wide open Ferg, who would have easily scored.
Uncanny how this keeps happening with him.
I disagree that the refs “gave us a TD”. The call should have been 1st and goal from the one. No way in hell we don’t score a TD there regardless of the spot.Is it more interesting for the big picture of the rams win and clinch or if the Seahawks win and creates a whole level of opportunity for SF, playoffs, etc. If the refs gave the rams a td that didn't count against Detroit, then possibly payback could be a bitch for the rams against Seahawks. If the defense had done a better job against the panthers and lions I would say we win np. Now, not so sure. Darnold is due to figure us out. Go, Rams.
We ran a lot of 13 personnel last time but outside of 1-2 drives, they pretty much shut it down.
I don't either... we would have scored anyway....I disagree that the refs “gave us a TD”. The call should have been 1st and goal from the one. No way in hell we don’t score a TD there regardless of the spot.
The Rams have increasingly operated out of 13 personnel (one running back, one receiver, three tight ends) and posed problems for opposing defenses. According to Next Gen Stats, the Rams scored four of their six TDs in this grouping, which they used on 30 offensive plays (44.8%). Last week, the Rams used 13 personnel on 35 plays -- the most by any offense in a game over the last decade, per Next Gen -- and also had four TDs.
Interesting, Ben Solak credits this from Nextgen stats... and their charting of 12 was way higher than I thought, possibility they're looking at Fergy as big slot. Not sure what happened here.![]()
Source?
NFL.com, citing Next Gen stats, said Rams used 3-TEs for 30 and 35 plays in weeks 9 and 10. This does not seem to be reflected on the graph above. NFL.com is probably a semi-trustworthy source for NFL stats (imo).
My source:
Yep. If anything it benefitted the Lions with more clock.I disagree that the refs “gave us a TD”. The call should have been 1st and goal from the one. No way in hell we don’t score a TD there regardless of the spot.
Lets just call him Matt Stafford thank you.Once again, MS9 missed a wide open Ferg, who would have easily scored.

Ratings.Question;
Why do (did) we get two Thursday nite games?
...And, the key is still pressuring Darnold so we get the Vikings Darnold.
Darnold is NOT a good QB.We will be ready to dominate. Let's make Darnold unravel again.
