I'm going glass half full.

This team was better than the '21 SB winner. We peaked mid-season and the Seahawks peaked at the end.

Losing the top seed was the difference. Even at their peak, we would have beat them today on a neutral field.

Draft will fill our holes and Stafford will come back to lead a better team next season.

I can't root for either team in the SB, but I expect the Seahawks to win. I guess I'll root for Cooper Kupp and let the chips fall where they may.

The consensus on this board is that we were weak in the corner back department and not particularly strong in the safety department.

I hate being right.

Huh? Should have won a SB. How many seasons can Rams say that?
Lol ok. You talk like we were never that good and then expect us to win a superbowl. Gotta keep it consistent my man. If we're laying eggs all season, laying an egg in the post season should kinda be expected, right?

The ST mistake after not being able to close out the first half was 14 points. It really comes down to that.

We know we can win with the rest of our shortcoming like we have throughout the season. Yes DB's were not good enough.
McCreaery looked like another guy who can't tackle well enough.
The ends of first half’s have been killers for us all season.

defensive scheme needs to be blown up and yes some better corners added.

But you can’t be predictable on defense and let a QB get comfortable.
Honestly, if you can't gett of the field on 3rd down, then something is very wrong. Kenneth Walker is 230 pounds, and he looked like a damn receiver, routing up Cam Curl on a third and EIGHT. I mean, come on.

no way either is retiring this off season.
I sure hope not, but you never know. It’s tough to get back to these games and both dealt with major health issues this year in an attempt to go on a run. They’re 2 solidified hall of famers so they don’t have to continue at this point.

I hope they both decide to keep going but imo it’s definitely up in the air.

offense on this team was better than 21

BUT 21 had a much better defense.

Aaron Donald, Vaughn Miller, Jalen Ramsey, ect.

Please someone hire Shula and while you're at it, take our entire secondary and Speights.
The difference in speed of the secondaries and LBs was very noticeable.
Rams have to play soft cause they are slower than fast/tricky recievers/RBs like Seattle has.
Reverse is true on O. Great O, but teams play us tight because none of our weapons are THAT fast.
And playing against a tight D makes everything harder.

Shula/McV called a very passive D counting on mistakes. None happened. Rams made the mistake and lost.
Wish the O & D play calling were more unpredictable. Seemed to me like Seattle was better at that.
Hope Stafford is back.
