Minnesota had a ridiculous amount of injuries in pre-season. Never saw this season coming.
A win for O'Connell feels like a win for McVay

When it comes to the success of the 2024 Rams, I would say Snead has a stronger case for GM of the year.
I know the FAs haven’t panned out the way would have liked, but Curl is doing a good job.

A defense that was supposed to be a weak spot has been carrying the team on the backs of 4 rookies who play significant time.
Verse, Fiske, Kinchens, and Davis.

Throw in Karty and Corum and that’s one productive rookie class.
…and Snead DID have the foresight to bring back Hoecht, Robinson, and Dotson.

Lol coy would most likely have to go to the Vikings or redskins coach. And it's not up for debate

Forgot Speights as well...not to mention Tyler Davis getting playing time as well as McCoulough.

It's been an amazing year of amassing young talent. Another draft like this and they will be able to afford to trade away a draft to get a top QB prospect in another year or two. They just have to re-sign a lot of these guys. And that should be possible as Stafford & Kupp come off the books in the next few years.

I did count Davis, but you’re right:
McCullough and Speights. UDFAs.
Just an outstanding job by Snead and the FO.
Thanks .

Honestly, I have to give it to Kevin O'Connell.

I mean nothing against McVay, but the Vikings had to deal with a lot of shit, starting off with the death of the cornerback they drafted to try to help their secondary woes in Khyree Jackson, and then a whole shitload of injuries. They lost their elite starting left tackle against us for the entire season, and they're still poised to potentially win the division. He brought Sam Darnold, thought to be a ginormous bust, and his career back from the dead. He took a defense that was reeling from losses and made it elite.

I love McVay as much as anyone here, and I wouldn't take a single head coach over him, but KOC gets my vote for Coach of the Year for the year he had with what he had.
