First of all - I DON’T like the Seahawks and was definitely NOT rooting for them today (Or, Any other Day!) but since they did win I am trying to get some kind of consolation out of it! And, The ONLY consolation that I can come up with is that this loss makes the Panthers games with the Saints that more crucial so maybe that will give them a little more of an edge (Not that they really need it!) when they play the Saints (Twice!) later this season!

Well, NO real Good News with this Seahawks win but I am trying to make myself feel a little better!

Non factor. Rams magic number is 1. Division is over.

On a side note. Seattle is 6-3 against teams not us. Rams have faced Kc and saints as well. They’ll face the bears in Chicago. The startup team in bad conditions. Also they’ve faced Green Bay. Minnesota. And will also face Philly. Thou they’ve been a disappointment. Let me know of a team that come playoff time has faced that schedule.

Yeah, it’s true that the division championship is all but over.

But the Seahawks are a legit wildcard candidate. And would be a very dangerous one, at that.

They’re a team that nobody wants to play right now, that’s for sure.

Let our Horns play 'em. Aqib can use some fine tuning for the Super Bowl. Actually, the whole secondary could use a Russell Wilson tuneup.

The bright side for me was that we will be focused this week to win the division in Detroit. No let down/trap game, not that McVay is capable of it

Haha makes no difference. We take it next week in Detroit!

To bad we can’t enjoy wrapping up the NFC West at home :/

There is no upside to the ‘hawks winning. They are dangerous and gelling as the season progresses, which is typical for that team. If the Panthers can’t beat the ‘hawks, is it likely they are going to do well against the ‘Aints?

Keep saying it: Pete Carroll is having one of his finest coaching seasons. What he's done with that roster in one year with all the talent that went out the door is extremely impressive.

Seattle at large do a great job when they stick to what their staff teaches best: a strong run game and cover 3 approach on defense that mugs passing offenses underneath. It's a formula that is still valid it's just that everyone in the media is in love with the offensive pass-happy favoritism/revolution and jet sweep action blowing up edges.

I hate to admit it but Pete has put together an impressive season for the talent level. They may have no pro bowlers or 1-2 at the most.

With their schedule they are positioned to get a Wildcard and may get out of the first round vs the Bears or Cowboys.

I think it's a good thing . The Panthers are going to have to play their butts off against the Saints to make the playoffs .

On one hand I feel like smirking for all the bitching Dick Sherman and his legion of overrated loudmouths were doing this offseason, and want to gorge in their miserable 2-8 season.

But then I realize it's still Petey and the shitbirds. So fuck them. Who do they play next? Ugh the fortyshiters. The game after...Vikings. SKOL.

No. The SeaDicks winning at all, ever, is always a bad thing. It's even worse when it's making it look like they'll get a wildcard spot. It's not good for us. We barely beat them twice. Barely.

If we get lucky, Seattle will win their first playoff game and have to go to the Saints. If we end up playing the Seahawks at home in the NFC championship game I like our chances.

Yeah I take zero pleasure in recognizing the Seahawks and what they've done. Only advantage to it is making our 10-1 record more impressive. Even worse is when I look ahead at their remaining schedule I see a lot of W's. If they win out guess what? They'll have a good shot at the 3 seed and end up on a collision course with us in round two. And note I'm not afraid of them but I do think it's BS to draw a division opponent after a bye.

But yes it is funny to see Sherman who thought he was joining a Super Bowl 9ers squad lookin up at both us and the Seahawks. I detest him enough to enjoy that, no doubt. :p
