Looks like it's to the owner and it's treated just like a player fine. It goes to NFL charities though this may be funneled directly to a relevant charity.

Was wondering about that, owner can probably still use it as a tax break.

The NFL needs to make it more painful, i.e. a round one pick for purposefully disregarding those rules.

This stuff is no joke man, in terms of being a long term threat to the league. They have to make it hurt. Draft picks do that moreso than a money fine that a billionaire will scoff at.

$100K for blatantly spitting in the face of the policy designed to protect players. The shecocks are never gonna do it again after that kind of punishment.

Paul Allen wipes ass with that kind of cash. He buys his TP from the treasury. Stan is the second richest owner and last I heard Allen has twice the bank.
