If it hasn't happened by now, it's not going to happen. He has a large sample size from which to draw. He's never been creative. His forte is running the ball.
 
I'm fine with this news, we need stability, let's not rock the boat until it becomes obvious that we NEED to...
 
I'd rather have Norv Turner, and several others... But if plan B was promote within I'd just assume stick with Schotty.
