"Mid-level Division 1" you say. Tell that to UCF... the team that Memphis challenged the last 2 years. People who pooh-pooh the AAC are usually the people who have never watched a single game played by teams in that conference.

There are 3 Divisions in college football. D-1, D-2, and D-3. Henderson played at the highest level.
Don’t get me wrong I am cautiously optimistic and yes UCF has been very good the last 5 years or so. I do watch East Carolina every year so I do see some of the AAC. I should have been more specific in staying mid-level Division 1 FBS competition. While still good college football it is a far cry from the NFL. Remembering Lawrence Phillips, Tre Mason and Trung Canidate makes me cautiously optimistic.

Henderson looks to bring another dimension to the Rams offense, however, I would temper expectations that he is going to set the league on fire. We have to remember where he dominated was mid-level Division 1 college football competition. The NFL is several levels above that.

Phillip Lindsay says "What cha talkie about"?!?!
