What did you say? The moderators over there are great folks (and I have been levied infraction points before, and allowed back on). I can imagine that around game time things can get heated (see the Ditka posters thread), but they don’t do those things without reason.

Really? Considering 20% of the threads after a Saints loss are “told ya so” started by saints fans I’m calling shenanigans on that one. Nobody is threatening you, but I would be happy if you could point me to one. I would be happy to get in contact with one of the mods there about a poster who doesn’t adhere to the TOS.

I've said 6 or 7 years ago to one of my bosses that the Rams are turning the corner. I said that team is going to be in the playoffs next year. That was when Fisher was coaching you guys. Then it finally happened last year. I think you guys were as good as Atlanta if not better. If you play that game 9 times out of 10 you win. Unfortunately that one time was when you didn't.

This was back in 2001 after the NFC Championship game when the Rams beat the Eagles. I went over to an Eagles site and it was ugly. Maybe they have mellowed out now since they won a ring.

I was civil with them. They bashed Rodgers nonstop so I made a negative comment about the Saints and I got banned. It said reason why I was banned was for being a jerk lol.

I think they were making fun of all our choke jobs in the playoffs in the past and all I said was at least we didn't lose on a Hail Mary against Minnesota to lose the game where the safety whiffed on the tackle. That hit a nerve with them and boom I was kicked off.

Simple. As most of you know, I enjoy going to the opposing teams' forums and chatting it up. Never have I once made a derogatory or verbal personal insult to anyone on any of these forums. As you can tell, the Mods over at this forum are not guys of integrity. Hence, "Jerk rule" (major) infraction ... :rolllaugh:

You have received a warning from the Staff... which is actually a ban.

Point is this: if any of you were intending to go join this board, don't waste your time at this particular one.

What a sad sack crew over there, talk about getting butthurt over other opinions, while there’re bellyaching over “media bias towards the Rams” it would appear to me 65% of sports media is calling for a Saints win

Then I get the ban notice. I tried to get back in on three different occasions with no luck. The PSU 247 board allows OSU fans to post and they rarely get banned. But I guess no PSU fans are allowed on the Bucknuts forum.

I wouldn’t fret if I were you guys though, the moderators there just want to avoid any unnecessary confrontation possible, if you sign up during the offseason, or had you signed up at any point not during a game week, they would have accepted you. I know a few Rams fans here here who are posting there now.

I couldn’t register on the Eagles board last week, and I totally understand why (internet trolls are real). Oh well, life moves on.

I don’t completely understand the mind of the internet or moderators, but they probably want to make the week of the biggest week of the season. Plus, thanks to the power of IP Addresses it’s easier than ever to find someone’s location and make a quick determination as to where they are logging in from.
