That’s what I’m saying: helmet contact was unavoidable after Shough ducked. It would’ve been shoulder to helmet, but it was unavoidable after Shough ducked.

But the refs fucked up a lot this game…and we still won by a lot.

Should, at this point. There's no way I trust special teams if I'm a player on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. I honestly think our blocking has been the most piss-poor I've seen since the Spagnuolo days, maybe even earlier. The Karty shank was awful, but the second shank was not entirely on him; they failed to pick up Reid from the edge, which should never happen, and is inexcusable.

Personally, I think the long-snapper, Ward, is a huge part of the problem when it comes to blocking; all of the kicks that have been blocked from the middle have come on his area, and the snaps aren't being communicated (which could lead to late kicks).
