ok, so I am dropping RZFZ from my league, and am I joining a different league, or am I allowed to play in the league I am commissioner of?

ok, I am keeping the 4 pm edt draft for ROD central 2...I will think of a name some day... sticking with ROD Central 2 for now

It's that simple. Forget everything else. Just name your league, name your draft date, name your draft time.

All times are CST.

You're confusing two different things. Right now, just go to Yahoo and name your league and set your time and date and tell me please. Then we are ready to go.
You can PLAY in any league you want but your own.

Come on. We are ready to launch after a lot of work.

I'm as lost as you people. All we need to do is list our draft times and dates and name our leagues. That's where we are. Forget who plays where or anything else. If we all do this, I will totally tell you how to play in another league. Just stay with me please.

Name your league and give us a draft date and time CST. Then we go! Thanks (y)

We need attention here. This is huge for ROD members. I'm so not trying to be rude. Tell me what it is you don't understand. We need your draft dates, league names, and draft times CST. Then we can straighten everything else out in a few seconds.

AFTER that, we will work out where we ar all playing, then we go live. It's been DAYS since we have been asking for these. PLEASE tell me what you need.

I feel like all that has been done. For me this is way more confusing then it had to be. Leave the names what they were, no reason to change, have 2 drafts Saturday and 2 Sunday. Make them 3-4 hours apart and roll with it. Who hasn't put out the date and time

If any of the commish's want to play in my league, let me know and I'll send you a "co-manager's invite" Which would allow you to play as "my team" (since I will be commisioner only....) It makes it easier that way for us. And that is what I would do for each of us giving that person "co-commish" just in case you win a billion dollars in the lottery and move away to a desert island where you have to deal w/ half clothed buxom blondes and brunettes and that takes up all of your time, thus not having time to run your league........

If you go to the league you currently are commisioner in. And click on "your team". You will notice a small "gear" to the left of the team name. Click on it. And halfway down the page you will see a place you can "invite a co-manager". And once an invite is sent and accepted, that team would if fact become yours. Yes, I would have "access" to it. But since I'm not playing. It wouldn't matter.

So when they join, it wouldn't create a team specifically for them? They would only get control of the commish team?

Define "specifically". You would get to rename it. You would get to draft it. You would choose your starters. You would get the wins, losses and ties....you would get the championship (if applicable.....). You could even put on an "X" mask and pretend it's his team....(but it would be yours.....)

I mean, when I join a league, it gives me a team. So if I joined a league and then managed a commish team, would I have two teams or would doing what you described invite me in as a co-manager only?

I don't think so. We would first want to give as many as possible a chance to participate before we would do redundant teams.

I'm saying how does someone get into the league without having a team. If u bring them in as a co manager then they only control that team? Otherwise when u join a league, it automatically gives you a team. I don't know how else to explain what I'm saying. I may be saying it wrong. Lol

While you would appear as a co-manager in the league where you are commisioner, you would not actually participate. You WOULD participate in the league where you are not commissioner.

I know it all sounds confusing.

Here's what you should do:

Just take these steps. Delete my team in your league. Invite me to co-manage your team. I will play your team. then make me co-commish in case you can't commish for any reason. I will run that team and be your backup.

Next, in the league you wish to play in, IF you want to play, ask that commish to delete your team and invite you to co-manage. Then they should make you co-commish. You will be their backup commish.

Did I explain that well or what is confusing?
