Refs are paid far more than normal workers.
somebody doesnt know how the US works. My UPS driver makes almost six figures. CA mcdonalds fast food workers are now at $42K before overtime. and i am trying to fill a position in my company that only needs five years of experience while offering $100K+bonus but I'm getting poor candidates.

you have to make being a ref lucrative enough to want to keep the gig by not being easily influenced by gambling.
