Woods should have known better. Norman has a rep to do priddly stuff and Woods couldn't mentally grasp that. Where it might be questioned that it was called, if he'd done his job. Norman and his goons would have got the calls instead. Losing your cool, is an invite to get flagged....right or wrong......

But the penalty call on the offsetting penalties is what I want an explanation for. You got the idea from Blandino that he had no idea how it was enforced and just trying to cover for Boger. At the very least, there should have been a rekick.

Still need an explanation on spotting the ball at the 2 . Without off setting penalties it's at the 12 . They got penalized 10 yards for a personal foul by the other team so that can't be right .

Agreed I don't understand how even in off setting peneltys the team with the lesser penelty gets punished
