Giants are a good guess for Harbaugh. Solid ownership. Out of his former division. Easy division to run. Young QB in place. That GM who was in that role has to go though, can't imagine Harbaugh putting up with him.Harbaugh (NY Giants)

Also Flores to Pittsburgh or Baltimore just feels right. Either of those teams being offensively focused would feel weird as hell to me.
Scheelhaase I think fits the Raiders. Brady is taking over, meaning he will want competent offensive gameplanning and Nate gives him that. Also he is young, and McVay said he's a guy who does more than what you give him, who redefines his role, and that is one fucking hell of a compliment because in my experience those are the very best people in your organization. Also he will have stud QB to bring up in Mendoza. Only drawback is he's facing the heart of the heavy hitter order in that division at HC.
This is going to be a really interesting series of hires though. Hopefully the Cards fuck up their hire.
