I'm pretty sure Mumpfield is only 5'10"
Multiple sites list him at 6'1", including the Rams' team site ... but that site listed Alaric Jackson at 285 pounds for more than three years when Jackson himself said he was 330.

I tend to go with the height measured at the Combine because I think that tends to be most accurate; and fourteen months ago, it listed Mumpfield at 5' 11 and 3/8 inches.

The SITE is Garbage!! You’d think a world class franchise would have(not saying it) someone who knows football running the roster & depth chart. At least to some degree.

Frustrating when they still have certain players on the roster from last season.

Agree ... when it comes to accurate current weight ... that site is unreliable.

By-the-Way ... BIG FAN!

Yes was frustrating when it comes to say Alaric Jackson who was HUGE(say 330) .

You want to say a Big Fan !!

This guy & Memphis will tell you what a Talent he was.I’ll say playing at IOWA back in his era meant a lot.To start at LT ? I was a Draftnk who might have known who Dan Valari was(is) if I spent the time I use to.The Rams & MCSNEAD are ultra FOCUSED,& have an AWESOME system (scouting department) that WE as Fans might have trouble comprehending.Actually not,but the INFO(overload). Plus COVID & The Protal. This gives THE RAMS such an advantage.

You don’t hear that around here.SO I don’t think I’m dumb & don’t have a vision for what The Rams do or should do.At least I do have solid opinions. Like I’ll say I got Kevin Demoff pissed off one day at training camp.Yes - I liked George Kittle & thought he was a STUD way back & ran the fastest 50 yard dash I ever saw at the combine.Which I never missed.

My point then was The Rams needed more than 3 TE’s & because they didn’t bring any extra TE’s to camp it made it hard to practice with ONE.Higbee had 5 thumbs in training camp(great ball position) ,Johnny munch was injured & maybe Everett. Who else was there ? A 6”6 QB from Utah who was transitioning (LMAO,Hair). Who was a great kid.Zak Kromer tried to coach him up.He had a hard time blocking & everything else. His effort (coach) was there.

To each his OWN my whole point of The Tell is in here.Just not going to flat out say it.I think your smart enough to figure it out. It’s Kool to see what’s happening.I’m excited for it.The DRAFT(before) is a TELL sometimes as well.
—We KNOW what THE RAMS needed after the 2025 season. It was addressed early which lead to there #13 pick, which lead to the discussion to how long Matthew Stafford wants to play & he can see the direction The Rams want to go.
He knows it could be something special he will be a part of & have that influence into The NEXT GEN of THE NFL !!

The beauty is he won’t take as many hits. With say Dan Valari they could run Wild Cat on 3rd & 4th down.We saw it in Pittsburgh.Load the boxes. These TE’s will be working together a lot on all different packages (blocking),and movement.

Anyways to much in one post.

BTW - yes to be Harsh on Hopkins. He was an interesting player. His head was somewhere else.Glad he came to life in the Superbowl of all things.

Brycen Hopkins use to play at Purdue. Didn’t pan out all that well.Never played outside of his rookie deal.

IMO - was a head case. Could see it during training camp.Wasn’t always engaged on the field (grass)

Valari & Klare are more WR types.Hopkins was a tweener in away.Wasn’t a good blocker either,no heart.
