Who's yours?
Let's just remove Kyren Williams from the discussion.. because, obviously, no ram grew, year-to-year, the way he did. And I'm not talking about rookies.

There are a few to consider, for sure.

I think the top guys for me would be Alaric Jackson, Bobby Brown and Quentin Lake.

A good argument for Jackson is his steady growth and how much he played. He was #3 in snaps on the oline with 969.. that's 84%.
He was reliable, which is a huge thing at that position.

Bobby Brown really took the next step.. doubling his snaps to 300+.. and looks to be ready to really break out next year.

And Quentin Lake.. from nothing in his rookie year.. to a promising slot big nickel player.. and maybe more.

I guess if you factor in overall impact.. I'd have to go with Jackson.

What about you guys?

And who are you expecting that's already on the roster to make the biggest jump next season?

My pick.. Zach Evans.

Desjuan Johnson was on 53 late in year and some middle of the year ... hope he's a breakout in 2024, add to the DL rotation

That would be great! I don't have high hopes. But fingers crossed as reinforcements in this draft class are few and far between.
Few and far between?

Another vote for E.Jones.

I had feared he was a bust but vastly improved this season.

Considering Higbee likely will be starting the season on IR, I would guess Davis Allen. He should get opportunities early in the season. And maybe later if Higbee isn't the same guy after that bad injury.

Bobby Brown III developed a ton. He's never going to be the pass-rusher in the middle like The Conductor is, but he's a lot like A'Shawn Robinson was for us: a great run-stuffer who can plug the middle.

As for guys I expect to develop...I'll go with Cobie Durant. I think he excels in his third year. I don't want to give up on him just yet, and I think competition will be good for him.

Quentin Lake made good strides and looks to be a starting S... Yeast looks like a decent back up, but they need a more athletic FS who is a good cover guy to pair with Lake.
