Does anyone way over there in Australia even care about NFL football?

I know I don't follow any Australian sports, and don't ever care to do so.

Absolute stinker for season ticket holders losing a home game and it being this one. Only saving grace is that the people that flog their briefs for inflated prices are screwed.
Yeah. Taking a 9ers home game away from LA is bullshit. They shouldn't do divisional matchups for these off shore games.

The majority of Australians love football! Unfortunately that’s what they like every other country besides ‘Murica calls soccer.

But yes they like Griddy (Gridiron) or American Football, especially the younger generations. @CGI_Ram don’t we have a few Aussie users?

In a way I am glad it is our home game.

Don't have to see all those assholes taking over our stadium due to non Ram-fans selling their season tickets.

The Rams need to do what Seattle does and cancel peoples season tickets if they don't go to the majority of their games (at least 3/4 imho).

Guys, we have a few Aussie/Kiwi members here. Give them some slack; it's an exciting time for them, and it grows our fanbase if we win. I understand that it's disappointing to lose a home game, but it opens up opportunities for others.

You can complain about the existence of international games or that we were tapped to host one as a home game. But considering Rams fans don't go to 9ers games anyways, I'd say its a great choice since we needed one.

Lets hope we get the raiders or Giants off a bye afterwards.

Been following the Rams for over 40 yrs so there is a following down here. It has got massive here in the last 5-10 years. The game will be a sellout especially now that the Niners are coming. They have a huge fan base down here unfortunately.

I'm thinking, is there any chance this game is the Sunday before the Thursday Night Opener? That might be the only fair thing to do.
It’s been slated for the Thursday or Friday Sept 10-11 on all the info I’ve received so far. My guess is it will be part of a two game opening start to the season

Looking forward to this one. McVay has a 3-0 record in International games. McVay knows how to get the players ready for a long trip.

And to be honest, I bet the Rams don't like the negative PR from the games at SoFi vs SF. I agree, they gotta clamp down some on the season-ticket holders who sell for profit.

Sucks that we are losing a home game but that was always happening regardless of if the game was in Australia or not. Rams were targeted for an international match this year and next year so they take a home game away. Although next year I think it will be an away game as we don’t have the extra home game.
