Now I’m not gonna go further than that on “she says” other than it’s a Rorschach test on how the respondent views women. As an autistic, it’s an inkblot. She says begins and ends with that. We’ve seen from other responses that when some folks read “she says”…well, they got STRONG feelings about it no matter what “she says”.
You do realize this sort of virtue signaling cuts both ways?

Bottom line, who cares?
This stuff happens in every industry everyday.
She will be paid off so it doesn't go to court and be on her way.
Even if the org thinks they are in the right (and who knows?) it makes more sense to cut a check and be done with it.....as long as the amount isn't too outrageous.

Since McVay has taken over, I have felt that the Rams are the best run organization in the NFL, and have created an incredible team culture.

This (if true) is very worrying. I hope that this has been addressed.

Seems like it has nothing to do with the actual football operations. That makes it outside the control of McVay and his staff. You’re looking at a large organization with different divisions and classifications that fall outside the actual football operation..

I agree that it is very likely not in a department that McVay is responsible for (that would very much surprise me). Kroenke is the one who has to clean this up.
Stan has many layers of staff below him as well as lawyers to take care of this. Highly unlikely that he touches any part of it.

That’s literally what I said, that it was a Rorschach test and people would see what they wanted to see based on various dispositions and biases.

Did you read all of what I said?

Also, you’re sort of giving away how you see it when you call it virtue signaling. Which virtue did I signal, exactly? Be specific. Are we talking divine virtues or human? Which religion (virtues are de facto religious entities. Secular conversations on this would be focused on morality and ethics)? Or are you saying virtue signaling as a pejorative, which is a whole different thing.

I didn’t say people would see it specifically one way or another and I did not judge in any way, I did note that some here have open and very strong views that these sort of Rorschach tests put on vivid display, for sure, which was why I limited my comments to that observation.

As for the allegations, I care because I spend a lot of money supporting this team and I’d like to think the organization reflects the on-field integrity.

I also don’t just throw up my hands and go, “well, bad stuff happens all the time, so why bother.” You’re perfectly free to say you don’t care, believe no one cares, bad shit happens all the time, it’s just how things will always be forever…etc.

I’m also free to want better, aspire to better, encourage better, want to see better happen every day.

Culture is about having the staff (as well as lawyers) that promote your culture. If it is important to Stan, this happens

I watched The Mamas And Papas. Could not get through 30 seconds of Slipknot. To say "that is not music" is kind.
Gave me the creeps.
