Poona is good but wasn't a huge need and free agent money could have been better spent IMO. Again he's good sure.
I just like the fact that announcers have to say Poona & Puka, that is going to be almost as fun as when Pat Summerall used to say Isaac Holt.

In hindsight, it may have been fun if the Rams had signed Smith-Schuster.

Then we would have TuTu and JuJu.

Maybe it means we are drafting a RB and trading Kyren! I'm just throwing that out there to make some folks over react lol

RBs are very injury prone simply due to the physical beating they take every week. You need 3 good RBs in today's NFL. Because at some point, your starter and/or backup will get hurt. And if you have nobody at RB3, what happens then? You're one injury away from disaster. We kind of saw that this year when Corum went down. We were left with an injury prone Kyren as the only horse. I don't mind Rivers in the role of RB3. But I'd prefer an upgrade. With this signing the Rams might well be thinking differently.

EDIT - Not sure what Darryl Henderson is up to these days or if he is washed , but I'd prefer him to Rivers if he is still playing at the same level he was the last time he suited up in horns.
Don't think Hendo plays STs. Looks like that's a big part of Rivers' game.

Rivers had the best average per carry among the RB's and is also a core teams guy. Solid signing.

I like homerun hitters and always have. Kyren is shifty and that is good. He's also a really good blocker.
Look, I don't love the ball security and lack of breakaway speed but just saying he's shifty and a good blocker discounts what makes him a top 5 (2023) and top 10 (2024) running back in the league.

Though, if that's all I thought he was, I would want to throw him aside myself.

Well - Is Arkyram serious about hendo ? I guess he missed the 2023 season as well as the 2024.

Funny though posted about Romnine Rivers. The thing that sticks is he is from Fresno State as well as The Rams new WR

Meh. I don't think much of Rivers if I'm being honest, basically the much less talented version of Kyren and Corum. Hope he proves me wrong but I've got more faith in somebody like Schrader as the no. 3.

He’s got great vision and runs hard also. He often finds the slightest gap to squeeze through for good gains.

Every time I read that I think of Giorgio Tsoukalos the Ancient aliens Guy. He likes to talk about about a place called Pumapunku.
