Any Ram fan who has fundamental doubts about McVay... is an idiot.

Hope McVay is our coach forever.

No worries eventually McVay will be to Ram fans what Vincent Thomas Lombardi is to Packer fans and William Stephen Belichick is to Patriot fans.

Now I might end up sounding like a dufus, but does a bean counter mean he only does what it sounds like he does.

An Accountant and that man was the infamous Jay Zygmunt.

Les and Sean are smart enough to know they might be worth a whole lot more after 2023.

More importantly the Rams have an owner not only smart enough to hire good football people to run his franchise, he knows enough not to meddle and simply allow them to do what they do best. Too many franchises have meddling owners or run the franchise like a family store (i.e. Chargers) and nepotism is rampant.

As a former business owner I understand how hard it is at times not to meddle. But if you hire good people you need to trust them. Kudos Stan!! Thank you for bringing our team home.

OK. I've looked at three different articles on this with no luck, when were their old deals set to expire? 2021?

He’s still getting paid by the rams actually. So he’s fine fishing in Montana or wherever he’s at.

Edit: Actually never mind I think his extension was only for two more years which would havbe ended this offseason. But either way, he's fine lol.

Five year deal for McVay when he was hired so two year extension? But I think Snead was up at the end of this season so they keep them together.

Not just an extension, it will likely be for a lot more money than McVay would have made the next three years under his old contract.

New contract for 5 years and a lot more money. Old contract terminated not extended. Grapes and watermelons.
