He better come out and ball tomorrow. I say he needs a return or 2, and a couple picks....in the next 3 games just to get to the practice squad.

If he does that in 3 games he will be on someone's 53 man roster - not anyone's practice squad.
I hyped up Greg Reid when he was signed, but I guess I underestimated the effect of not playing for a couple of years, and the fact that he wasn't always consistent to begin with. I hope he can make big plays and work himself onto the roster somehow, because he's talented. Just not sure it's going to happen. He needs to play really really well this preseason.
Right. Good coverage alone is enough to keep him on our 53-man as our 5th CB. We're not exactly overflowing with CB depth here.

Stranger things have happened...I'm more of a PBU guy...picks can happen for a variety of reasons...He has to play well, extremely well to make this squad...too many core ST'ers that play db, and he's not one of them, just yet.....2 picks and a return will ensure the PS...hopefully leading to a roster spot. I don't see him on the 53....unless we keep 6 cb's..and I see a 5 & 5 (cb's & S's) & the 5 cb's to me are Jenkins, Johnson, Joyner, McGee, Gaines....

I hope he can flash a little something out there. I think he has more upside than McGee but I don't know that you can keep a guy based on something that has yet to materialize.
