This is crazy! After Puka scored the TD they show him on the Bench and Tutu sitting next to him with just a blank look on his face. I'm thinking they pay this guy a lot of money to stay but still aren't using him. The way the Rams had been bogging down I thought with his speed what if he catches the winning bomb from Stafford? I'm really not spot on when I predict a play could happen. But wow what an ending!!!!!!!!!!

This is what I’ve been saying (to myself!) as I watch the Rams this season:

Why don’t the Rams put Atwell out there with Adams and make the defense figure it out? Sooner or later they are gonna play it wrong and Atwell will get behind the defense or Adams will get a one on one down the field.

I know this has been said MANY times on this forum, but the Rams should be throwing it deep to Atwell at least once or twice a game just to keep the defense honest and playing back.

I honestly think that they have wanted to do that, but they just haven't had the offensive line protection yet to give Stafford the time for longer plays to develop. Atwell has been one of the victims of our poor offensive line play.

Hopefully Avila is back and can make a difference. Still worried about Shelton at Center though. I get that he is smart and can help at the line, and can mentor Limmer, but I think he's ultimately just not strong/big enough to be a true anchor for the line.

Genuinely think we put together a great squad for this year, but rolled the dice on two positions: C and CB. I'm not loving either of those rolls so far. No question in my mind that we should be looking for at least one of those positions to be addressed prior to the trade deadline if McSnead really feels they have a potential championship team (which I think they do).
