I don't think he'll turn down a job because of the possibility a new coach MIGHT want to keep him on staff.

Browns have to release him from his contract, though. They could choose not to.(would be a douchey move, though)
 
Hue would be a good hire for them, they should let him pick his qb in the draft too.

Usually if a team wants to block a coach they prevent him from interviewing. Of course it is the Browns we're talkin about...

I think they recognize that the new coach might not keep him and want to do right by him...but it's still possible they could choose not to release him from his contract if the new HC wants him on the staff.
