I would think that you'd have to add the $200 million in stadium credit/grant from the NFL, that the Rams haven't used yet, to that total value as well.
And like I've said many times "figures don't lie but liars figure".:sneaky:

Wouldn't part of the value be the stadium? Jerry Jones dome that he owns, vs the dome that Stan rents very cheaply. Funny thing is the Rams haven't been that much worse than the 'Boys the last 3 years.
The stadium would have its own value AND add or detract from the value of the team playing in it.

since I have never DRIVEN to a game in STL... what is the parking situation there.Been to a few tailgates but I dont think the parking is controlled by the team. I do know from going to a few games in Gillette, one preseason vs the Rams and another playoff game vs Pitt, the cost of parking was $40 around the stadium, and I also know that Kraft owns each and every one of those parking spots. So is the revenue collected from parking also included in the total team revenue? If it is, then that, to me, would certainly be a good reason for the net worth of the teams.

quick math tells me 25000 cars paying $40 to park would be 1 million per game...at least 8 mill a season...almost enough to pay a good back up MLB ;)
