Every one us of knew that 0-3 teams are never to be taken lightly.

The Rams offense was handled pretty well today by a feisty no quit NY team. I tip my hat to the Giants defense.

I was a little taken back that McVay didn't have the offense ready to play today for 4 quarters.

His in game adjustments were not one of his best.

Of course player execution along with the rest of the offensive personnel was not up to the usual standards.

We all know that the same crap at Washington next week may not end with a win.

Regardless, a win is a win and nobody will remember this contest if they get their act together next week.

I was very nervous until the interception by Darious Williams sealed the game. Dude is a baller..

Thank you Goff and Kupp for clutching up when we needed a big time score. :fistbump:

Relief. Win. Kupp and Williams saved us from an embarrassing loss.

I hope there's no blueprint because a lot of the offensive playcalling/execution was unacceptable.

We took these guys too lightly. I'd say we took a step backwards this week with the play calling. Even when Goff is efficient, and not turning the ball over...RUN THE BALL INSIDE THE 5 YD LINE. That's what's been working, so why change?

Also, Kiser going out with the groin injury impacted our defense's ability to stop the run. Reeder looked a step slow, and Kenny Young looked like Kenny Young at UCLA w/o Kiser out there, and that's not a good thing.

Looking forward to Fuller coming back as well. Rapp played better, and he'd get better with more time, but he's still a liability in pass defense.

An ugly win is still a win.

Also a lack of a deep threat was an issue. Seems like the Giants were disciplined on the misdirection stuff and just pushed up on everything underneath. No fear that we could get behind them, which eventually led to them getting beat by Kupp.

Might need to add a deep threat vet next yr or draft a speedy guy in the mid rounds.

Good observation. Mcvay really needs to force defenders to defend the deep parts of the field. I don't see a need for a speed WR per se. I think our guys can stretch it, just need to dial it up.

But yea, everything is short and medium. Predictablity is the enemy. Unfortunately, once you find something that works you have to change it.

Talk about playing down to competition. Holy shit.

I was watching Donald. He seemed really gassed. He still made a few splashes but several times he was the last man off the line.

I dont like the way they are moving him around. He has been hyper productive with a lot less movement. He needs to bring it. Whatever it is, make him comfortable.

We ran a ton of 3TE sets. It wasn't productive for us.

We made it out with a W and thats what matters. Hopefully we don't do the same shit next week.
I really thought our best chance was to go 5 wide and let Goff do his thing. Sean McVays weakness is over thinking and over preparing. Sometimes you need to just go into a game and sling it. Goff should have had 400 yards and 5 TDs today with no issues. But the Giants were able to outscheme the offense and when that happens, Sean seems to panic a little. Just spread em out and beat em. Man to man.

We didn't take them seriously.

I'm sick of playing against the opposing team AND THE FUCKING REFS.

I'm still pissed.

Only saw 2nd half and no bad calls

Rams only had 1 penalty for 5 yards.

Did I miss something?

At least it isn't Vinobitch.

These refs might've missed a bunch of holding calls, but I thought that they did a good job compared to others.

Yes.

That 3rd down play when they blew up our receiver before the ball got there happened in the 2nd half. I'm still pissed about that none call. Just complete bullshit on critical plays... just like last week's.

Rams are the first team to win a game using gradient numbers on their uniforms.
