Stafford didn't force anything like Darnold did.

Some weeks you have to dial it back like this.

Stafford was back peddling a lot. SEA kept him from his deadly rollouts too.

No doubt. Though I suspect McVay went full conservo mode due to the fact we had the lead all night. Some of those first down play calls with runs when Seattle was sitting on the calls led to the three consecutive stuttered drives, any of which could have ended that game. The one after the INT in particular pissed me off.

Not arguing with what he did, either. He got away with it but I think our offense is capable of more vs that defense.

If this weren't the celebration thread I would say that McVay going into full conservo mode anytime before 6 minutes to go in the 4th pisses me the fuck off, but since this is the celebration thread, I'll post happy things and just think those thoughts.
