There's pressure equally on both if you ask me. Goff won a lot of games for McVay. But McVay felt he could only go so far with Goff. So he trades for Stafford. They need to do better or this move would look like a mistake. "We coulda done that with Goff and keep the picks".
Stafford has always had the reputation of being a good quarterback on a bad team. Now he's on a better team. Expectations are higher now. If he can't win a playoff game it will be same ole same ole for him. "Changes team, still the same quarterback".
I think we are definitely improved. And I can't wait for the season to start. But until then these questions will be asked.

but let's be real, the expectation is to win the superbowl. stafford is the final piece of the puzzle for mcvay.

it's funny, a video of a play was posted a few days ago and that women was standing in front of the field. it took me about 10 tries to actually see the play. my eyes were fixated on that prime piece of rump.

The league and media are gonna see Stafford differently after this season. Because he's gonna win a shit ton of games in this offense.
We are going to be smarter at the line and better in the passing game. Question for me is the run game. If that is there this may be the kind of offense you can only hope to slow.
