Burgess? We're definitely seeing draft position weighing in here. Keeping Evans and some of these others like Burgess and Lewis.
Evans over Anchrum doesn’t surprise me.Yeah there's your 9 OL right there. Evans over Anchrum wow.
Who knows. I didn't like his preseason games but the guy has undeniable talent so I look at him as an upside roster decision. That said if he does show up I'll be ecstatic.Burgess?
He figures to be one of their top DBs in my opinion.
I'd rather have 4 on the active roster, I don't trust Funk to stay healthy since he couldn't in college either.I do think Jones will clear waivers. Smart call there IMO to go 3 for now.
Jackson based on potential... Plus might need two OTs in another yr.Evans over Anchrum doesn’t surprise me.
Jackson making it does.
Burgess was the only safety that McVay and Snead said was fighting for reps.Who knows. I didn't like his preseason games but the guy has undeniable talent so I look at him as an upside roster decision. That said if he does show up I'll be ecstatic.
Anchrum is a big surprise to me. Don't understand that one at all, assuming he is a cut.
Well Jones likely clears and if not a vet RB could be added or another young RB with return ability.I'd rather have 4 on the active roster, I don't trust Funk to stay healthy since he couldn't in college either.
If we lost all 3 RBs in a single game, we have 99 to take some snaps.I'd rather have 4 on the active roster, I don't trust Funk to stay healthy since he couldn't in college either.
Clearing waivers is for the PS not the active roster. I'd be happy as hell if this is the first year he ever stayed healthy but with Hendo also a magnet for little injuries that take him out of games and practice it is a hell of a dice roll to only go in with 3 active RB. I don't get how people are hesitant with injury prone players at some positions but are perfectly fine with 2 of 3 RB being injury prone. That is frightening that ratio.Well Jones likely clears and if not a vet RB could be added or another young RB with return ability.
As someone else said - I highly doubt all 3 would get hurt in the same gameClearing waivers is for the PS not the active roster.
