But yet they called Holding on Quinn... when he did nothing.

Frankly, assuming the Rams score in the 2nd half, they should go 4 downs every time they're inside Tenn's 35 and if they score TD's they should go for 2 points EVERY time.

We're going to need him to make some kicks down the line though.
