That's my worry, is sometimes McVay doesn't smell blood.

But I'm hoping McVay comes out up tempo on the first drive..... no huddle offense.
I sometimes worry that McVay smells too much blood and gets tight. Maybe it's just me but McVay's play calling often seems weird and tight for the biggest games. I'm just hoping he relaxes and doesn't outsmart himself.

Seattle and San Francisco had to play “ balls to the wall” last night for a chance at the number one seed. Looks like San Francisco had a number of injuries as a result. My guess is that motivates McVay to play his starters until the game is out of hand. The exception being anybody not yet recovered from

That kickoff TD return simply STUNNED the Niners. Did you see the shot of Shanahan after it happened??? He was deflated right there.
It really fired up the Seahags and they got after it from there.

After that, every good thing the Seahags did juiced them up more. The 9ers got something going to get back in the game and then the TE fumble really set them back!

It's was a mountain to climb from there!!!
Yeah, that KO return got ‘em.

I thought their line play was soft on both sides of the ball…like they gave up.

I'm pretty sure McVay's gonna have a solid game plan because both he and Stafford acknowledged in the Bears game, they weren't at their best...and obviously this game demands their best.

As for Shula, he had an exceptional plan for the Bears, but I also think the Ram defense has heard all the talk of how great Seattle's defense is, so they're pretty much already motivated no doubt.

Now...special teams did well in Chicago, and the need to be even better on Sunday. That's the one area I'm concerned really.

Rewatched the game on Prime. We were chasing them for much of the first half. I remembered it different. We need to come out strong.

If our best cornerback scored a 74, then that means our other two or three cornerbacks scored lower than that.
Not impressive.
If you're impressed with that?
You do you.
This is exactly why I asked if you're familiar with PFF's scoring system. 74 is well above average.

There are 15 CBs in the league that scored over 74 for the season. Asking for all of our CBs to score 74+ is asking for a secondary full of allstars.

You do you...but that's a tad unrealistic.

I'm not.
And I didn't ask for all of our cornerbacks to score 74.
Don't put words in my mouth.

74 is barely above average according to PFF.
But I'd sure like one of our cornerbacks to consistently score above average.
Cobie Durant is the only cornerback worth keeping on this entire team as far as I'm concerned.
That's my opinion.
And if you don't like it, tough.

If they can hold Walker to 40 yrds or less, they can win the game. Not easy, but part of it is getting a lead and making the Seahawks a little impatient on offense. Then force Darnold into mistakes.
40 yards or less? That's a pretty high bar there. Didn't he go for 55 on one play vs the Rams last time?

Yup. Its the thing that sucks about cold season. Not really much you can do about it
Yes there is, post # 175 ! I was not making a joke. We absolutely do not have to live with colds and flu like we did before. One thing the C19 deal taught all of us who did not want to stick their arm out and get stuck with you know what, is that "horse paste" does work. And I will tell you why and shut up.
We all had biology class in High School. In cell walls there are these revolving doors. Letting in things the body wants and not letting other things in that cell.
Zinc in your cells is what fights the colds and flu. Problem is, you pee most of it out. Ivermectin is a zinc Ionophore. Ivermectin is a anti parasite drug. A side benefit is that its gets the zinc you take in your cells that would normally go in the toilet so it can fight the flu.
It works for real and very safe. You can legally get it online from a doctor. Human grade pills, not the horse paste.
Its kicked a bad flu out of me in 2 days. I overnighted some to a elderly couple and they credited it for saving their lives.
The Rams trainers should be passing it out to players who start to get sick big time.
I keep a couple in every car I drive and lunch box so the minute I feel sick I take it and a zinc pill.
Anyone interested can PM me and I can tell you where to get it. 30-40 $ is more than worth it not to be sick.
Now, back to the Rams kicking the shit out of the Seahawks.
