I understand the decision to take a play-action shot after we've been running it down their throat. Stafford fucked the drive by refusing to throw the ball away. He held it way too long. On 2nd and 10, we can get back to the run. On 2nd and 18, it's much harder to do that.

We have a line that struggles to pass protect. An unreliable kicking game. An offense that was shut out in the first half against a defense that is far from top ten. I'm not looking forward to next week. It could be an epic beat down.

Saying we are playing without a kicking game. The kicker is there and its on McVay for not using him. Its very possible that Karty could be on his game today but we won't know if coach doesn't let the rookie play his way out of it.

The only chance is the Saints used two timeouts. But we're not guarding the sidelines. So the short pass and run out of bounds is there for them.
