Came here to say this. I am about 2 hrs southeast of BMore and will get this shit before them. Could be gnarly here on the coast, wind wise. Seems every damn time we play them, it's in rain, wind.... or both. Fucking annoying.This could be some news, a big storm to likley hit the Maryland area on Sunday. This will even up the contest. This is true... they are extremely intelligent. They can even learn to speak "human" like parrots. But the fact that they never forget a face and good deeds or bad... most people do not know that. The part that usually blows right past most people who hear this is... WOW, these fakkahs can someone clearly communicate this detailed info to their crow relatives and friends. The old time saying that was meant to be a put down to someone for having poor intelligence was - "Bird Brain". They had that shit completely wrong. You're right that they had that shit wrong, much like the term "weasel" was referred to cowardice, when weasels - like their cousins, the wolverine and honey badger - are some of the bravest creatures out there; you will see least weasels, who one of the smallest carnivores in the mammalian kingdom, if not the smallest, take on prey and rival predator animals much bigger than they are. And anyone who has ever owned a pet ferret along with a cat or dog knows that it's the ferret that rules the roost.
People didn't research animals back then, much like a lot of people don't care now. Honestly, the animal kingdom is full of wonders that we just don't appreciate.
