This is the reason many of us question McVay as a playcaller. Great series to get down to the goal line. Pass, pass, pass then field goal attempt. Even the pass plays made no sense out of shotgun.

I don't mind shot gun. Maybe he was thinking they wouldn't see it coming or buy it. I just don't like it 3x straight given how we were dominating them on the ground and also given the weather. No runs? No play action? Nothing that utilizes motion? Come on, man...
