That's how our DBs are coached. They don't get turned round to look at the ball - they look at the receiver all the way and then try and react when the ball falls into their line of sight. I don't like it...

When you run 55 yds down the field at some point you have to find the ball. When exactly was he planning on turning his head?

The ball literally hit EJ Gaines, bounced off him, and was hauled in by the Jets receiver. FFS turn your head around. If Gaines was paying attention to the ball that pass is doubtlessly incomplete, and quite possibly is a pick six for the Rams or at least an interception going the other way for big yards. There were no other Jets even close to the area since they were so backed up.
