Well, that said, I thought Cunningham, Harkey and a few others did care and were kind of the emotional players on the team. We need a Steven Jackson type of player

This will likely be unpopular but I'd trade Quinn. He can't stay healthy. He's not a special player unless he is healthy. Too much $$ for a guy that can't play at 100% for more than a handful of games.
