Sometimes I think we need to look for another kicker. Then he makes some kicks and I think, Ok maybe he's our guy.

It is New York in winter time. Kicking a football, even for an extra point, is closer to kicking a bowling ball than a normal temperature football. And he is a rookie. He will learn and succeed.
