Josh Reynolds starting for the Jets.
He wouldn't even be a game day active on this team.

I thought Verse was a great pick in the draft but I had no idea how much better he was going to be.

Elite.
V8 may not have played with AD99, but after the friendly humiliation by AD and his 'old man workout,' V8 has some valuable insight in part of what AD so great. Ya gotta KNOW V8 is chasing Genuine Greatness NOW!!! :fistbump1:

Wow, just when you think they are turning it up, McVay is really just going to take the gas off the pedal with almost 2 fucking minutes left??? SMFH
He is playing his former offensive coordinator and friend turned head coach for the Jags. Do you really believe he wants to humiliate his friend?

He shouldn't care. Coaches that previously worked for him don't give a shit about doing it to him. It's business.

A better opponent would have taken advantage of the situation. I.E. see Eagles and 49'ers. We still pull back way too often.

It doesn't matter will, but it will in the spotlight. Every play matters.
Jags did punch themselves in the dick over and over today, but Rams defense stiffened nicely when needed. Offense still a little hot and cold, but loved seeing Stafford throw to so many different receivers.
Especially all the tight ends. TE stats: 8 rec/13targets/101 yards/1TD

The TEs are almost always open. They are just usually ignored.

Higbee has gotta make those catches he dropped though.

Back from the race, watching highlights, and all I can say about today's win is ... that's more like it! Jags aren't a terrible team but they were one we should be convincingly, and we did, and did so without our best offensive weapon. Really happy to see Stafford spread the ball around like it was Madonna's legs in an NBA locker room circa 1995. And two of our rooks got TDs, even better. Defense was lights out. Watching the highlights anyway, it seemed like Darious Williams had a flashback to 2020. And of course, the front was getting to the QB. All in all a great day and a great way to go into the bye.

This gives me a vision of a middle aged man squeezing into an old racing suit that fit perfectly 20 years ago.

:laugh4::laugh4: - believe me, I don't try to fit into anything I could fit into 30 years ago.

I really have to get out there for that.

You really do. I will note that it's a real pain in the ass to get into and out of the track, but it was worth the trouble anyway. That's the first major race I've ever been to, and man those cars are something else. Loud and fast as fuck. My seats were right across from pit row too, and it's so damn impressive how fast they can get in an out - it's not an exaggeration to say from the time the cars stop to the time they are in motion again is no more than 2 seconds.

I'll definitely be going again sometime.
