Kupp should not be returning kicks anyway. Kinda slow, too valuable on offense to return kicks.
The Rams roster has too many valuable WRs to START them returning punt/kicks where they can get hurt.
IMO, punt returner should be somebody more expendable. Sorry if that is cold, just the way it is.

There's no reason to have Kupp back there returning punts. Makes no sense. He's not a punt returning, and you have return guys on your 52 man roster. Simply too many things that could go wrong, and now we have a close game where we had a chance to set up a blow out.
