It is just unbelievable that they let two FGs get blocked back to back. Blackburn needs to get his shit together. If we make either FG, we win.
I really miss appreciating our STs coach. I haven't been impressed since Bones

This is what I believe the Rams will be this season against good teams. Too much talk about being good and not enough giving results on the field.

We beat a bad Texans and Titans teams....rolled into Philly thinking they were good and because Philly couldn't move the ball for an entire half the Rams players and coach's quit pushing hard.

I had this as a loss and I think there are several other teams that will beat us like a drum coming up. I guess with two 1st rounders this would be a good year not to do well.

He was killing it today until those two massive FG fuck-ups. The kickoff coverage has been incredibly impressive. But yeah, can't have that happen twice on FGs in a game.
Did we have two blocked field goals today?

Yeah, I'm not coming away from this loss feeling bad about our squad. We played the reigning Super Bowl champs at their house and were the better team today. They had a couple flukey special teams plays go their way and won because of it. There are two football teams out there. The Eagles made good adjustments in the second half, and their guys (especially AJ Brown) made plays. That shit happens. Offensively, we moved the ball at will against them (except for the plays when Limmer was on the field). It was encouraging to see our running game dominate such a talented front.

I don't think so. They are better than us on both lines. They actually have corners who can cover too.

Rams are better at QB and WR, however both Stafford and Adams are streaky as fuck. And Adams can't catch a fucking ball with a DB on him to save his life.

As it stands Philly is positioned for home field thanks to this head-to-head win over us. We have a really good team. But as a contender they are a darkhorse. Philly is the NFC favorite, though we'll see if maybe another NFC team challenges that. Rams aren't going to challenge that as they're an OL and corner away.
That's fair, but today how often did Stafford miss throws he normally makes. And dumb penalties like taking away a TD because Shelton decides to tackle his assignment rather than just block. We shot ourselves in the foot over and over today.
And as much as I like Mcvay, he should have kept running the ball since it was working. But again, some of those plays work if Stafford isn't so off today.
And when have we ever had two FG's blocked. I still can't process that. We should be 3-0 right now. But give them credit, they never gave up.

The Rams looked really good for most of the game. They see their weaknesses. Non-Physical cornerback play and weak IOL play probably won’t even get you into the playoffs. The good news is it’s early in the season McVay knows what they need to do to be a competitive playoff team - so fix it or be prepared for 10 - 7. 7th seed with a first round playoff loss.

I looked at the replay several times and it was Limmer who #90 knocked right over to block it. Yes, Limmer again. Barely blocked him.
Note - long-snapper Alex Ward (#47) also got beat badly, but he's got a bit of an excuse as he has to get the ball out -- and he's only 241 lbs. Not good

The season is not over, we lost a road game to the SB champs by less than three points minus that last FG block and return. It's time to get ready for the Colts at our house. When Dotson went out of the game the O-line fell apart. The league also needs to review those kush push plays. the right guard jumps every time. that's how they get the edge on their opponents.
This one stings because that was a very makeable FG. I don't know who to blame for that. The kicker or the line. Film will tell and they will get it worked out.

Unfortunately I am blaming both the kicker and the OL.

Limmer did a horrible block and Karty didn't kick it high enough.
