Why does ESPN say this:

J.Karty 36 yard field goal is BLOCKED (J.Carter), Center-A.Ward, Holder-E.Evans. PENALTY on PHI-J.Carter, Unnecessary Roughness, 9 yards, enforced between downs.
 
Mcvay needs to occasionally grow a set and go for it on 4th down. And the only time he's done it... He ran it inside behind a backup guard... Especially after taking shots on third you gotta risk it occasionally. Especially against a team like the eagles
 
If we don't try to move up in the draft next year for a qb - and not sure there's a qb worth it next year - I have a a first two-round wish. Probably looking at something like #12 and #26 (#32 would be nice...). I would love if we took the best OL at 12, and the best CB at 26, then finally pick a good C in the second round. Build up that line for either one more Stafford run or have a great O line in place for Stafford's successor.
 
So I guess the refs took offense to us asking them to watch the eagles....

Wtf is is this horseshit?
 
Why does it look like the Eagles false start a lot without it being called.
