Yeah plenty of season left - This wasn't a division game or agaisnt the NFC which is good.
Seriously though, played right into the strength of the Dolphin's defense. Has there ever been a game where McVay ran the ball more than he passed? The ONLY game I can think of was the playoff game against Dallas, but I don't even have the stats to confirm that. We need an independent offensive coordinator almost as bad as we need a competent kicker.
I don’t question his toughness...poor game planning and commitment to the run...they ran but randomly

McVays play calling may have been bad, but we know for sure that Goff was terrible. This happens too much - something needs to change
Personally im out on Jared Goff. He has top 5 arm talent in the league but his weaknesses are so glaring.
Just as an example - McVays play calling may have led to bad plays, but McVay didn't turn the ball over four times, and that's the only reason we lost
Easy to pile on after a game like this, but I have to let a few things out anyway.
McVay got taken to the woodshed today. Evidently he saw something on film he thought he could exploit with those sets. He was wrong.
We can run the ball . Our O is mediocre otherwise. Depressing that we have so much $ tied up in our QB and WRs and our passing game just does not stress a defense.
Special teams were awful today. It's not just who lines up to kick a FG for this team.
Can't really be honest about Goff on these boards without a bunch of people lining up to jump down your throat. That's why I've stayed silent all year. Have to say it one time, though. I have a hard time envisioning him playing well enough to lead the Rams through another playoff run, this year or any other.
Hope the Rams find some answers on their bye week but this team does not look like it can contend for the division.

Very odd game, felt like we threw it away and beat ourselves. Whether that’s doing the Dolphins a disservice I don’t know. I don’t know why they get away from the run so quickly, especially when Hendo looks really good. Hope he’s ok.

That was single handily the worst first half performance of any rams team ever .. it was a fucking embarrassment
I’d trade (even cut) Everett now and run with higs Mundt and the rook he quit
I’d be in the phone to every out of work kicker and get them in the facility over the bye week
Mcvay needs to get back to what makes the O ran so well and needs to figure out how to beat the 6 man front
We need to stop trading out first rounders we need talent especially on the o line and yea we have some picked up some low round gems but we have a lot of starters that wouldn’t make a lot of other teams
I’m so pissed off at this lose we should have obliterated them goff had to throw over 50 times that’s never a recipe for success.. he was atrocious today but he stuck out there you can’t question his toughness at all he got beat the fuck up in that first had if it was a boxing match the refs woulda stopped

Maybe these guys were looking forward to the bye? Still, no excuse. Defense came to play. Even without Jalen. McVay needs to get his head out. Goff needs some fire in his belly.

Please stop the screen passes at the beginning of the games. Teams know how to sniff those out. If you run the ball well, make them stop you
Despite the offensive line improving this season. The offense has regressed even more then last years. That's very concerning.
The offense remains stagnant despite the plethora of play makers we have from Woods and Kupp to Henderson and Higbee.

I'm starting to feel that way too. We won't be able to best the top teams because most have dangerous pass rushes, and Goff absolutely crumbles in those situations.
Goff and McVay's adjustments sucked but The D was awesome without their 2nd best player. Wait till after the bye our D is going to be sick!
