Offense looking so much better - very encouraging for the future, maybe just some upgrades/age replacements at OL and TE.

Defense is going to need some work - LB, CB, maybe NT, DE and S, all geared toward the 3-4.

If Joyner is out, half our starting secondary is gone. Ouch!
