This is another reason the Bradford/Foles trade was so great. All things being equal, it allows you to have a plan like this that otherwise was impossible.

That tells me it's at least on his mind....and with the threat of head issues players seem to be retiring a lot earlier these days. Also, his cap number is huge next year and I believe the Rams will want to rework the last year....so, anything is possible.
