Bottomline these are over paid athletes that should endure hits by other men that aren’t bullets or IEDs. Everything is a risk there is no excuse. We sign up for this. I believe pre season is important. You can disagree but its fact.

It's been cold in Kansas. It will be in the 50's tonight, just like in the Lou!

Thank holy fate; 75 degrees Fahrenheit is just too much for me. It has to be 60 degrees Fahrenheit before I feel comfortable.

Wanted to add that nearly every holding penalty - including the one of them in the 1st quarter or so- were utterly terrible.

The kick off hold was rinky-dink.

Houston’s Oline got away with some holds. The calls seemed to favor them.
It wasn't a screen. Parkinson was an outlet. The play looked to be designed to go to Whittington, who was trying to slip into the flat. But the Texans defender wrapped him up and refused to let him leak out. Somehow, the same refs who terrorized us with ticky tack defensive holding calls decided that didn't suffice.

Yes. Whittington got mugged with no call just like Verse did when Ersery moved to left tackle. The holding was frustrating, especially with the weak holds the Rams got called for.

Great birthday present for me. Thanks Rams. The offense looked much like 2024, but nice to see Adams cooking in the 2nd half. Hope to see Ferguson in there at some point soon.

Fantastic to see the "peanut punch" from Landman. Teach that to the others please.

Puka played like a stud as always. Looking at that awkward-fitting white patch, I was thinking about him with a pirate eye patch.

The defense seemed better in the 2nd half by not messing up the rushing lanes to let Stroud leak outside.

If Davis Allen hadn’t fumbled we were going up by 8 or better. Without that fumble this was looking like a strong come from behind grind it out win.

Stafford passed for nearly 250 and no INT.

Puka got 120+.

Defense played amazing! That Houston offense is no joke.

Keep my Davis Allen's name out yo (CENSORED)ing MOUTH!

(Seriously, though, that was Parkinson who fumbled, not Allen. Allen did have a penalty, but he caught the second touchdown.)

Look how much space there is in the flat. Remember the two defensive holding calls on Lake where he grabbed the WR for maybe a split second. Watch Whittington. Amateur hour officiating.

Officiating was a total fucking joke. Should've been a defenseless receiver on Nacua's first-down catch that they picked up, should've thrown a flag when Verse was being choke-held (and it took everything for them to throw a flag on the right tackle for yanking Verse's facemask).

Total fucking joke, but absolutely unsurprising under Whorestad.

Young and Durant deserve more recognition from today’s game. They were excellent.
The D as a whole played well.
Shula is doing a great job.

Minimal penalties is a good sign.

Adam’s drops weren’t acceptable, but we know he’s a stud.

Houston is no easy opponent.
It’s a win. We got the job done.
