After watching the new presser, it seems like it’s about having the depth to do what they want.

Yes. I wanted to address this further.
I'm very intrigued by draft strategies. It seems the Rams may rank players by how they fit what the team philosophy is, rather than just taking a player that grades out better overall.
I'm not saying they draft for need, but they draft for fit and philosophy.

And they do seem to target certain players.
And there's always a few WRs in the mix that they like at certain spots.

Good stuff

Maybe he's our Shelton replacement in 2027.

I can see where this class is headed: for potential in 2027. Maybe they don't even draft a receiver. Maybe they like Whitt, Mumps, and the three undrafted last year (Presley, Tru, and Super Mario) more than the Day 3 receivers in this class (even Sarratt, whom I'd love to add...but I don't think it's feasible at this point). It's not something I necessarily agree with, but I can see the thought process.
My thoughts currently with this Ram roster is the replacement in 2027 season for the UFA/Center Coleman Shelton is already in place locked, loaded & sealed.

No real concerns @ the OC position @ this time.

Honestly? I think Trost is the replacement for either Dotson, Avila, or even Shelton, if he can play center. I love Warren McClendon a lot at the right tackle position, I really want to re-sign him as soon as we can, and I think McClendon's more comparable to Havenstein (because he's not the most athletic or strongest like Havenstein, but he uses technique and leverage to win his battles against edge rushers) than Trost is, despite not having Havenstein's height or weight.

I suppose that it's possible that McClendon could fall from grace next year, but I doubt it. He's worked is way up the ladder and had a teriffic season last year, IMO.
I think we've got ourselves a solid starting RT for the next several years now, barring any serious injury of course.

Dotson, Avila and McClendon will be free agents next year. Unless someone's extended before then. We may not be able to extend all of them. If so, who's the odd man out? Will Trost be ready to step in? I think Dedich is capable. He held his own for the most part in the limited sample size. I think for continuity they need at least two of those.

Shelton's in the last year of his deal too. Limmer's the primary backup. He showed some promise until he didn't. Its possible they bring back Shelton on a one year deal. Or maybe they think Limmer will be ready.

These are all scenarios for next year and beyond. They addressed the future with the draft. Now its time to focus on a potential championship run. Oddsmakers have us as a slight favorite. There's a reason for that. The roster is stacked and primed for that run. All they need is some depth for the inevitable injuries.
