There is SO many twist & turns in a season. Watching a couple games over from last season.

I kept up on the games, but didn’t rewind many of the games. You can see how easy a call here & a non call there can even change a season.

I look back at 2019 & always remember how disappointed Snead & Demoff were lossing to the niners.
I go back to 2023 & think The Rams had a better chance to win in all than in 2024 ? Then again I guess I wanted to watch the Rams to have beaten the niners instead of the Commodes?

IMO after watching this Buffalo game replay it shows The Rams getting away with a couple plays vs. when they didn’t.

The cheap shot on Higbee was garbage against the Lions. Then the NON call on Puka. The hold on Bug Rob.

Not sure how those calls all went down, but that Fantom Call against John Sullivan I’ll never forgive.Almost as bad as spy gate, because the games are won on the field. Then again that non-call in N.O…

Well against the Bills Big Rob false started. They even brought back the play & said that should’ve been called by(tom Brady’s) the TV announcer Ref.

Then on a 4th & 7 the Ref called a PI on Puka’s man. They would’ve been short of the first down anyways.

It’s easy to criticize, watching the growth of players is cool as well.
Jared Verse had some rookie moments which he says will make him & The Rams Defense only better.

I won’t nit pick ,but seeing him get tired & didn’t comeback in will only show him that working harder can payoff,a long with conditioning.

The Bills game- Tutu’s 4th down catch was nice. His speed shows up & his clutch plays. The Rams just don’t pay a player $10 million for nothing .
Puka is amazing & can’t wait till he plays with Adams.

Durant was holding a WR on a deep out.Actually grabbing belly fat & the Jersey. The announcer Ref said that was a good non call. They pick the flag up because they said he didn’t impede on the WR getting to the ball.He said that was an excellent non call. -SURPRISING

Seeing the game at a bar,it would be hard not to get upset watching it,not knowing the rules. Then again judgment is still involved & interpretation.

I actually remember all of the calls you mentioned. Even more surprising is I was able to understand this entire post!!

Yeah, there were some strange calls/no calls last year. You win some, you lose some.....but bad calls/officiating in a SB is the f'ing WORST.

Yeah - I’d say when The Rams lost in Spy-Gate imo it was how physical NE cb’s were more than just about anything else. Maybe that was because they could trust the routes & were more physical.

In Super Bowls there’s been some very shady calls. Not a big looking back at past Superbowls though anymore. The 1 that I remember the rumor & seeing a call was The Hags & Steelers.Must have been a few coins put on that game. Now a days who knows. There is so much money on all games with such access.

Yeah, that Squawks/Steelers SB was absolutely paid for. I am stunned there wasn't more backlash from the officiating in that one. They were gifting Bettis a SB for sure. Oh well.... Fuck the squawks.

Totally agree,not a Hag Fan,

Then again a team can just blow it with the lead like Rat-Boy does.

Going back over the season from 2024.Trying to be both positive & negative on The Rams

Q. Lake made a lot of the D’ play calls. He just seems to get burned & doesn’t tackle all that well.I’m really looking forward to what The Rams SCHEME wise on Defense!!

-don’t think they change a whole lot at CB.I do look forward to say Emanuel though as a cover CB.Plus Ahkello should be better as well with getting his 1st OTA in as a Ram.

KAM Kinchens is small, but he is FAST(quick) & has excellent(hands)ball skills.

There is a lot there to go over though. The thing is not to many Ram Fans really point any blame on Lake.I think he talks a better game than he plays. It’s a contract year,SO Instill expect his best this season.

5'11", 207 lbs. is small? I think 5'11"/6'0" is about average size for defensive backs, even as a safety.

Just to add to it is watching the 1st Eagle game that was are

get him on a scale ? Just saying he looks smaller than he plays. When he was chasing Barkley that he looked 15lbs smaller.
He’s fast & hits hard(smart). I like his upside as well.
More like 5”10 ?

As I just watched Kenneth Gainwell run his first TD from 10 yards out made me think Omar Speights won’t be The Rams starting LBer for most of the 2025 season.

A Bold statement some might say ?
Nate Landman though is going to be given a chance to start out the gate.IMO these rookies are going to be fighting for playing time.

Omar Speights has some good with some bad.As a UDRFA he has exceeded expectations already,SO not taking anything away from him. He gets eaten up by guards a little to often imo. He’s a thumper for sure, but he has issues with speed & coverage.

We’ll see,but either way it should be fine n to see you comes out on top to start & by mid-season?!?

Such BS - that Philly took the penalty & then declined it.

Wow & then Karty misses the FG 27-14(3) . The Rams were going to go for it 4th & 3 from the 14.

Love Colinsworth - He does his homework, might go a little overboard at times. There are few good announcers, don’t always agree.
